Vom Parkplatz bei der BIKEstation Grainbach Richtung Duftbräu - dann links zum Waldparkplatz. Auf dem rechten Forstweg durch den Gammernwald, vorbei an der Käs-Alm und auf feinem Wiesentrail zur ersten Einkehrmöglichkeit der Tour, die Schwarzries Hütte. Gestärkt geht es weiter abwärts ins Trockenbachtal. Man folgt dem gute Forstweg immer talaufwärts bis zur (unbewirtschafteten) Unterwiesen-Alm. Ab hier auf schwierigerem Untergrund (evtl. schieben) aufwärts bis zur Oberwiesen-Alm. Jetzt auf besserem Weg, teilweise steil durch den Eiskeller. Dieser Abschnitt ist landschaftlich beeindruckend und birgt durch sein äußerst kaltes Mikroklima eine sehr seltene und schützenswerte Fauna. Bald erreicht man den Laubenstenisattel, der mit 1273m den höchsten Punkt der Tour darstellt. Nun teilweise steil bergab auf Karren und Forstwegen zur Frasdorfer Hütte. Ein kurzer Trailabschnitt führt von dort hinüber zur Winterstubn. Ab jetzt gehts gemütlich zurück zur Weggabelung bei den Kräuterwiesen - vor allem im Frühjahr könnte der Name der Hochfl äche nicht besser passen - und weiter sanft bergab zum Ausgangspunkt.

From the parking lot at the Bike Station Grainbach direction Duftbraeu - then left to the forest park. On the right forest path through the Gammernwald, past the Käs-Alm and on fine meadow trail to the first Rest stop of the tour, the Black Ries hut. Strengthened it goes down into Trockenbachtal. Follow the good forest always up the valley to the (uncultivated) Instructed-Alm. From here on challenging terrain (possibly slide) up to the upper meadows pasture. Now on a better path, sometimes steeply through the ice house. This section is scenically impressive and carries through its extremely cold microclimate a very rare and worth protecting fauna. Soon you reach the Laubenstenisattel that represents the highest point of the tour with 1273m. Well partly steep downhill on carts and forest roads to Frasdorf hut. A short trail takes you from there over to Winterstubn. From here we go jovial back to the crossroads at the herb meadows - especially in the spring the name of Hochfl äche could not fit better - and continue gently downhill to the starting point.
