Die Tour startet in Puntilla im Valle Gran Rey und führt die Strasse die ersten 800Hm hoch nach Arure. Von hier gehts zunächst hoch bis zum Friedhof. Hier zweigt die Route von der Strasse ab und führt über Schotter bis nach Las Hayas. Von Las Hayas geht es über die Strasse nach El Cercado. Kurz vor El Cercado zweigt die Route von der Strasse ab und es geht später über Schotter hoch in den Nationalpark. Oben angekommen (weitere 500Hm später) führt die Tour über Forstwege hoch auf den Garajonay und von hier wieder runter bis zur Strasse. Über Aspalt geht es über Imada und Alajero bis nach Targa. Ab hier beginnt eine geniale Piste, die runter bis nach Playa de Santiago führt. Unten in Santiago nimmt man die Fähre zurück zum Valle Gran Rey. Die Tour ist relativ anstrengend, da man vom Valle alles hochkurbeln muss. Die Abfahrt ist super und führt durch den Süden der Insel mit tollem Panorama. Für die Piste ab Targa, die teilweise etwas ruppig ist, braucht man schon etwas Fahrgefühl.
