Descrizione: dal centro di Afandou si va in direzione di Kalities , per una bella valle si raggiunge un monastero seguito da dure rampe. Al waypoint F si incontra un bar in cima al passo ( consiglio rifornimenti) Più avanti restando sempre in cresta si arriva a Eleousa,per stradine secondarie e sterrati si attraversa un altopiano fino alla località di partenza
è riferito al ciclista medio con una vam di 600 mt/ora
