Trail Description

The tour starts from the village of Posta (RI). The first piece you link is slightly downhill, on the main road for about 10 km. E 'possible to take the old road less traveled and without tunnels, the track runs along the new road instead of the valley faster.
After the first 10 km starts the "beautiful", a climb that interminable 540 mt port the Rifugio Sebastiani, just below the saddle Lioness.
This climb of about 16 km in altitude and 1300 is first on road to the village of Micigliano, and then come up with a series of steep switchbacks toward the west flank of Mount Walloons.
Sebastiani arrived at the shelter, in a beautiful mountain landscape, it starts the connection to the base of the Monte di Cambio. It starts then svalicando the Sella di Leonessa and continuing a short descent on asphalt to below the Sella Jacci. Start a short but tough climb to reach close to Mount The Porcini, after which the road descends and then, get a tough climb (taken to be pushed) to the base of Change.
Here the piece more hard, the last 150m in altitude to push or carry your bike up to the top, the view of Terminillo, Sibillini and Gran Sasso Laga repays the difficulty of the climb.
From here begins the descent towards Post to the infinite path nr. 428 !!!
The first piece to the slopes, soil and exposure is sconsigliatissimo to do in the saddle, on the contrary serves careful where you put your feet (walking shoes required).
Went down the first 100 meters of altitude on foot, you push back up to about 60 meters above Monte Jacci ....
Here is now the seat down! we are at about 2000 meters and you have to get off at Post at 1300 meters in altitude lower !!!
All'nizio be careful, the trail is rocky and at times exposed! after all is a succession of pieces of meadow, forest, pine forest, meadow .... .not never ends! sometimes just a little bit dirty but we did not find any problems!
the path can right in front of the village barretto !! ,)
