Von Nußdorf Zentrum (Parkplatz) gehts südwestlich Richtung archäologische Fundstätte. Auf diesem Weg weiter Richtung Daffner Almen vorbei an der Kapelle "Mariä Heimsuchung" im Kirchwald. Nach ca. 5,5 km erreichen wir die Lagler Alm (bewirtschaftet) unterhalb des Heubergs. Vorbei an den Euzenauer Almen gehts Richtung Hochries und über einen schmalen, tollen Pfad zur Frasdorfer Hütte. Von dort zurück zur Mittelstation der Hochriesbahn. dann kurz abwärts am Startpunkt des Bike-Park vorbei, nach 350 m Asphalt links einbiegen Richtung Oberstuff. An der Asphaltstrasse angekommen links abbiegen zum Duftbräu. Von diesem aus nach 550 m links in den Weg einbiegen nach Gerstland und weiter nach Mühltal und dem Mühltalweg folgen bis Nußdorf.

From Nußdorf center (parking) go southwest direction archaeological site. On this path towards Daffner pastures past the chapel & quot; Visitation & quot; in Kirchwald. After about 5.5 km you will reach the Lagler Alm (farmed) below the Heuberg. Past the Euzenauer pastures go towards Hochries and a narrow, great path to Frasdorf hut. From there back to the middle station of the Hochriesbahn. then briefly down at the starting point of the bike park pass, after 350 m turn left towards Upper asphalt Stuff. When you reach the tarmac road turn left to Duftbraeu. From this out after 550 m turn left into the path according to Gerst country and on to Mill Valley and the Mühltalweg follow up Nußdorf.
