giro impegnativo ... molto bello , ma che prevede qualche pezzo di poussage e di portage ... ma presenta un panorama superlativo e delle discese davvero fantastiche.

Si può partire da Sait Agnes oppure da Monti .
Se si parte da Saint Agnes si parte in discesa con la prima stupenda e panoramica discesa sulla balconata mediterranea de la Vinette Ruines ( che però non è così rovinata tutto sommato)
A quota 336 si può prendere una scorciatoia in salita ( dura ma efficace) prendendo dritti per il Col de Rancusel se no si arriva allo stesso punto scendendo a Monti e poi risalendo prima su asfalto e poi costeggiando il moto cross nella bellissima Foresta di Menton fino a quota 704 dove si giunge al sentiero principale .
Da qui si può accorciare il giro facendo subito il giro del Sciricocca con salita e discesa d'obbligo sullo stesso sentiero-strada e poi tornando tranquilli a Saint Agnes se no si allunga verso il bel sentiero che porta al Col de Castillon .
Dal Col de Castillon si va verso il Col Segrà su sentiero a sinistra in salita ... sentiero molto bello e molto fiorito ma che prevede un lungo tratto di portage che termina allo sbocco con l'asfaltata del Segra .
A sinistra si raggiunge con ampia strada in parte cementata il bel punto panoramico del Mont Ours e poi da qui assolutamente da non perdere la discesa da baisse de Loup verso il Pic de Garouche , che costeggia dei vecchi bunker su vecchia strada militare ora quasi sentiero davvero bellissima e panoramica ( una vera chicca)
Si scende all'imboccatura per il Sciricocca , si sale , si scende ,e si continua a scendere verso Sait Agnes per le Ravin de Verroux che questo si è davvero rovinato , tanto da costringersi a scendere lunghi tratti bici a fianco ( molto impegnativo)
Poi ci si distende e ci si diverte raggiungendo Saint Agnes "par Pierre Grosse" liscia bella e veloce
Per chi è partito da Monti ultima goduria con la discesa finale sino a Monti .

You can start from Sait Agnes or by Monti.
If we start from Saint Agnes is the first part down with wonderful panoramic descent on the balcony of the Mediterranean Vinette Ruines (which But it is not so ruined after all)
A portion 336 you can take a shortcut (a steep slope but effective) taking straight to the Col de Rancusel if not you get to the same point and then going down to Monti first on asphalt and then along the cross bike in the beautiful forest to a height of 704 Menton where we come to the main trail.
From here you can shorten the ride now doing the rounds of the Sciricocca with ascent and descent of obligation on the same path-way and then returning to Saint Agnes quiet if no stretching to the beautiful path that leads to the Col de Castillon.
Dal Col de Castillon you go to the Col Segra on left path uphill path ... very nice and very flowery but which requires a long stretch of portage that ends at the mouth of the asphalt Segra.
To the left can be reached by road in large part cemented the beautiful vantage point of Mont Ours and then from there you should not miss the descent from baisse de Loup to the Pic de Garouche, which runs along the old bunker on the old military road now almost really beautiful and scenic trail (a real treat)
It comes down to the mouth Sciricocca, climb, descend, and continue to go down to the Sait Agnes de Ravin Verroux that this has really ruined, so as to force himself to go down long stretches bike to the side (very difficult)
Then we relax and have fun reaching Saint Agnes "par Pierre Grosse" nice smooth and fast
For those who started from last Monti pleasure with the final descent until Monti.
