Mountainbiketour zur berühmten Radfahrerkapelle Madonna del Ghisallo am Comersee Die große Halbinsel, die zwischen den fjordähnlichen Seearmen des Comersees liegt, bildet mit seinen bis zu 1700m hohen Bergen das Rückgrat dieses tollen Sees. Bellagio liegt an der Nordspitze der Halbinsel und ist der Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Rennrad- und Mountainbiketouren. Über Regatola und Civenna führt die asphaltierte Straße zur wunderschön gelegenen Kapelle Madonna del Ghisella, die den Radfahrern geweiht ist. Darum findet man im Inneren der Kapelle auch keine Fresken, sondern die Räder, Trikots und Trophäen berühmter Radfahrer wie bsw. von Pantani. Nach kurzer Andacht geht’s immer noch auf Asphalt über Pietraluna zum Parco Monte San Primo. Von hier führt der Weg Nr. 1 hinab bis nach Bellagio. Schotterpisten, Karrenwege und flowige bis technisch anspruchsvolle Trails mit einigen Schiebestrecken (abhängig vom Zustand der Strecke und Fahrkönnen) wechseln sich ab und bieten 900 hm puren Downhillgenuß, der mit einem Cappucino im berühmten Fremdenverkehrsort Bellagio beendet wird.

Mountain bike tour to the famous Madonna del Ghisallo chapel cyclists on Lake Como, the large peninsula that lies between the fjord-like Seearmen of Lake Como, is with its up to 1700m high mountains, the backbone of this great lake. Bellagio is situated at the northern tip of the peninsula and is the starting point for numerous road cycling and mountain biking. About Regatola and Civenna leads the paved road to the beautifully situated chapel of Madonna del Ghisella, dedicated cyclists. That is why you will find inside the chapel, no frescoes, but the wheels, jerseys and trophies of famous cyclists like bsw. Pantani. S still on asphalt over Pietra Luna on Parco Monte San Primo, after a short prayer goes & rsquo. From here the trail no. 1 descends down to Bellagio. Gravel roads, wagon trails and flowy to technically challenging trails with some sliding distances (depending on the condition of the track and driving skills) alternate and offer 900 hm pure downhill enjoyment which is terminated with a cappuccino in the famous tourist resort of Bellagio.
