Si tratta di un itinerario non molto lungo ma sicuramente impegnativo, molto vario e con stupende viste sul lago d'Idro. Splendido il sentiero 101, quasi completamente pedalabile, che arriva fino bocca Cocca e anche il sentiero che scende dal monte Stino, da affrontare con cautela per via dei moltissimi tornanti, in parte stretti e in parte esposti, ma comunque mai pericolosi. Molto bello anche il sentiero dei contrabbandieri, anche questo con alcuni tratti esposti verso il lago.
L'itinerario è perciò consigliato a biker in possesso di una buona tecnica di guida sui sentieri
VARIANTI
Alla fine del paese di Vesta, invece di prendere il sentiero in piano lungo il lago, conviene seguire a dx le indicazioni per il sentiero dei contrabbandieri che è più pedalabile rispetto all'altro
CONSIGLI
Attenzione alla discesa dal monte Stino, un sentiero stretto con alcuni tratti esposti e più di cento tornanti

It is a journey not very long but definitely challenging, varied and with wonderful views of Lake Idro. A wonderful trail 101, almost completely pedaled, that reaches the mouth Cocca and also the path that descends from the mountain Stino be addressed with caution because of the many twists and turns, in part narrow and partly exposed, but never dangerous. Very nice also the trail of smugglers, even this with some exposed to the lake.
The route is therefore recommended that a biker in possession of a good driving technique on the trails

At the end of the country Vesta, instead of taking the flat path along the lake, you should follow the signs to the right path of smugglers who has pedaled more than the other
