Partenza da Sarsina, per il sentiero che porta al parco delle Marmitte Giganti per poi salire lungo il percorso di S.Vicinio fino a Careste. Si scende poi per Ruscello fino arrivare alla strada statale. Si gira per il lago di Quarto poi si risale verso Alfero. Si prosegue sull'asfaltata per Massa e successivamente per sterrate e sentieri fino a Tivo per poi rientrare a Sarsina. Percorso interamente percorribile, in gran parte su larghe strade ghiaiate. Un po' impegnativa per il fondo la discesa per Ruscello e una parte del sentiero fra Massa e Tivo (alcuni tratti da fare a piedi per la pendenza e il fondo).

Departure from Sarsina, for the path that leads to the park of the Giants then exhausts climbing along the path until S.Vicinio Careste. Then go down to the stream to reach the main road. He turns to the Fourth Lake then climb towards Alfero. It goes on asphalted for Massa and then to dirt and trails up to Tivo and then returned to Sarsina. Path entirely feasible, largely on broad gravel roads. A little 'busy for the descent to the bottom of the stream and a portion of the path between Massa and Tivo (some stretches to do on foot for the slope and the bottom).
