Partenza da Savogna. Si raggiunge su asfalto il Rif.Pelizzo alle pendici del monte Matajur. Con 30/40 minuti di camminata (brevi tratti ciclabili) si raggiunge la Chiesetta (cima). Ha inizio la lunga ed entusiasmante discesa. Si segue la traccia di sentiero per il Dom Na Matajure (visibile dalla cima). Si prosegue in discesa (dx) su sentiero a tratti impegnativo fino a raggiungere un laghetto presso le malghe Marsinska Planina. In traverso (lieve contropendenze) si perviene ad un bivio dove si svolta a destra e in discesa si raggiunge P.sso Glevizza. Si attraversa la strada (che collega Mersino a Montemaggiore) e si continua lungo il sentiero. Con vari saliscendi si giunge al Passo S. Canziano (croceviia). Si scende la traccia di sentiero sulla sinistra (tabella Vernassino). Giunti in paese, dopo una breve discesa lungo strada asfalta, si riprende il sentiero che porta direttamente a Savogna. Diff. single trail S2 tratti S3.

Departure from Savogna. It can be reached on the asphalt Rif.Pelizzo the slopes of Mount Matajur. With 30/40 minute walk (short distances paths) to reach the church (top). Begins the long and exciting descent. Follow the trail of the path to the Dom Na Matajure (visible from the top). Continue downhill (right) path, in places difficult to reach a pond at the huts Marsinska Planina. In transverse (mild counterslopes) you come to a junction where you turn right and downhill to reach Passo Glevizza. Cross the road (which connects Mersino Montemaggiore) and continue along the path. With many ups and downs you reach the Passo S. Canziano (croceviia). You go down the track of the path on the left (Table Vernassino). Once in the country, after a short descent along the paved road, take the path that leads directly to Savogna. Diff single trail sections S2 S3.
