PREMESSA
Questo itinerario percorre le pendici di uno dei luoghi simbolo delle battaglie che si sono svolte sull'Isonzo e sul Carso durante il primo conflitto mondiale: il M.te S. Michele. Il territorio compreso tra il Carso di Doberdò e quello di Comeno è un vastissimo Museo all’Aperto della Grande Guerra sul Carso dove svariati itinerari e percorsi tematici, corredati da ricchi pannelli informativi , consentono di ripercorrere il contendersi di queste terre da parte degli eserciti italiani ed austro-ungarici.

INTRODUCTION Login This route runs along the slopes of one of the landmarks of the battles that took place on the Isonzo and the Carso during the First World War: the Mt St Michael. The area between the Karst and Doberdò to Komen is a huge open air museum of the Great War on the Carso where various itineraries and thematic tours, complete with rich information panels, allow you to trace the contend of these lands by the Italian armies and Austro-Hungarians.
