Die Tour besteht aus etwa 75 % Waldstrecke (Schotter / Trampelpfade) und 25 % Asphaltstrecke. Start ist der Ortsmittelpunkt von Arnsberg-Voßwinkel. Von hier aus zunächst über die B7 und die Richtung Flugplatz Arnsberg-Menden ansteuern. Am Stockei nach links abbiegen und am Schloss Höllinghofen vorbei zur Echthausener Straße. Weiter Richtung Haus Füchten. Von Haus Füchten aus fahrt Ihr über die Waldwege / Trampelpfade den Berg hinauf zur Fürstenbergkapelle. An der Kapelle angekommen nehmt Ihr den Trampelpfad, der von der Südseite des Gebäudes aus in den Wald hinein führt. Fahrt den Pfad weiter bis sich dieser zu einem Schotterweg entwickelt und ihr eine Schranke erreicht. Ihr passiert die Schranke nicht, sondern fahrt rechts herunter. Auf dem Weg wird man ziemlich schnell und ihr erreicht am unteren Ende einen asphaltierten Weg der links nach Neheim führt. Fahrt an der Möhnestraße entlang bis kurz hinter Moosfelde, wo ihr an einem Parkplatz für Wanderer (rechte Seite) auf den Schotterweg in den Wald abbiegt. Fahrt den Weg bis hoch auf den Berg, an einer Kreuzung, an der ihr nun rechts nach Hüsten / Arnsberg und links zum Möhnesee abfahren könnt, fahrt Ihr weiter geradeaus. Dieser Weg nennt sich Regenweg. Wenn Ihr genau hinschaut, dann seht ihr etwa 10 Meter nach der Kreuzung an der linken Seite ein Holzschild mit entsprechender Namensbezeichnung. Fahrt den Regenweg immer weiter den Berg hinauf. Anschließend, nachdem der Weg wieder eben verläuft und ihr meint, dass es nicht mehr höher gehen müsste, biegt eine scharfe Kurve nach rechts ab. Hier geht es schätzungsweise noch einmal 25 Höhenmeter bergauf. Jetzt habt ihr es geschafft! Von hier aus geht es bis nach Bruchhausen nur noch (teilweise wahnsinnig steil) bergab! In Bruchhausen fahrt Ihr über asphaltierte Straßen bis nach Hüsten, grobe Richtung Bahnhof. In Hüsten fahrt ihr hinter dem alten Hallenbad / Soccerpoint ins Rumbecker Holz, wo ihr auf der asphaltierten Straße grob in Richtung Dorinthotel / Rodelhaus steuert. Nachdem es kurz vor dem Rodelhaus wieder ein Stück auf der asphaltierten Straße bergauf geht, biegt ihr scharf links in den Wald ab. Ihr befindet Euch wieder auf einer Schotterpiste, die ihr bis zum Potsdamer Platz eine scheinbar endlose Strecke bergaus fahrt. Biegt am Potsdamer Platz nach rechts ab und folgt der Schotterstrecke, bis diese an einem Trampelpfad endet. Diesen Trampelpfad müsst Ihr überwinden, bis es auf die nächste Schotterpiste geht. Der Schotterweg endet an einer Kreuzung, an der Ihr nach rechts abbiegt. Von nun an geht es hauptsächlich bergab und Ihr kommt zum Schluss wieder in Arnsberg-Voßwinkel, in der Nähe des Ehrenmahls hinter dem neuen Friedhof aus dem Wald heraus.

The tour consists of about 75% forest track (gravel / dirt tracks) and 25% asphalt track. Home is the center of the township of Arnsberg-Voßwinkel. Once again a piece on the paved road goes uphill just before the Rodelhaus, you turn sharp left into the forest. Bends at Potsdamer Platz to the right and follow the dirt path until it ends at a dirt track. This trail need you to overcome, until it goes to the next gravel road. The dirt road ends at a junction where your right turn. From now on, it's mostly downhill and you come again at the end in Arnsberg-Voßwinkel, near the Ehrenmahls behind the new cemetery out of the woods.
