percorso piuttosto breve ma intenso, fatto con il signor DAMENI, quasi tutto pedalabile (salvo condizione fisica discreta). Si parte da Cortemilia e si percorre tutto c.so Einaudi. Alla fine di questo, dopo poco che inizia una leggera salita si prende alla sinistra per Str. Marzanello che ci conduce con qualche dura salita alla "Casa Rossa" di Castino. Da qui verso il bivio di Cravanzana. Poi discesa verso la croce di Torre Bormida che di notte si illumina mostruosamente, fino al concentrico del paese. Sentiero verso il torrente dell'acqua solforosa. Per non interrompere un giro già piuttosto breve, a fondovalle si prende a sx: dura e breve salita, fino al bivio della cappelletta di Torre Bormida che ci porta in diverse direzioni: noi abbiamo preso quella che va a casa Cerzosimo, dalla quale finiamo (bici in mano per scendere un paio di terrazzamenti) sull'asfalto della fondovalle Bormida.

At the end of this, after a while it begins a gentle climb takes you to the left to Str. Marzanello that leads us with some tough climb to the "Red House" Castino. From here to the junction of Cravanzana. Then down to the cross of Torre Bormida and night lights monstrously, to the concentric of the country. Path to the stream of the sulfur water. In order not to interrupt a tour already quite short, you take a left in the valley: hard and short climb up to the junction of the small chapel of Torre Bormida that takes us in different directions: we took the one that goes home Cerzosimo, from where we end up ( bike in hand to get off a couple of terraces) on the asphalt of the valley Bormida.
