Partenza da Cortemilia centro. via valle bormida e subito in salita per via Piantero. Variante per str. Viarascio, si passa vicino a str. Sulite per scendere leggermente fino al bivio di Cravanzana. Poi Cravanzana centro, e lasciandosi il Municipio sulla dx si prende il sentiero valle belbo che ci porta a Feisoglio (rotonda). Poco asfalto, giusto per attraversare il paese. Dopo la fontana che si incontra sulla sx, si prende il sentiero valle belbo che per il primo tratto è piuttosto impegnativo. Seguendo le indicazioni "sentiero Girasole" andremo a finire nel comune di Niella, San Benedetto fino in fondo alla valle. Di qui si risale un poco, si fa un po' di fondovalle per riprendere parte del sentiero "Girasole" che ci condurrà nuovamente a Feisoglio (passando per borgata Vernetta) poi sui propri passi fino a Cravanzana. di qui discesa verso Torre Bormida verso la terribile croce luminosa e poi il sentiero della via crucis fino all'inizio di via Villaretti. Centro di Torre Bormida, direzione cimitero e qui sentiero fino all'acqua dello zolfo.
Defaticamento di 4 km sulla ex statale 339 fino a raggiungere nuovamente Cortemilia.
