Von Voßwinkel aus fahrt Ihr in den Luerwald in Richtung Holzen, von Holzen nach Hövel. Von dort aus bewegt Ihr euch in Richtung Beckum, biegt jedoch vorher nach links in Richtung Sorpesee ab. Fahrt die hügelige und kurvige Strecke bis nach Langscheid und biegt dann, nachdem ihr den Ort durchquert habt, nach rechts in Richtung Staudamm ab. Folgt der Straße weiter in Richtung Amecke. Nachdem ihr Amecke fast erreicht habt nutzt ihr den Radweg am anderen Ufer wieder zurück in Richung Staudamm. Lasst den Staudamm links liegen und fahrt weiter geradeaus. Ihr solltet jetzt in Stemel herauskommen, wo ihr nach rechts in Richtung Sundern abbiegt. In Sundern nutzt ihr nach der Ampelanlage den Weg links in Richtung Arnsberg. Fahrt weiter über den Ochsenkopf. Nachdem ihr wieder bergab gefahren seid passiert ihr die Ortseinfahrt zu Arnsberg. Im Kreisverkehr fahrt ihr die dritte Ausfahrt wieder raus. Folgt der Straße bis ihr zum Ruhrtalradweg kommt. Den Ruhrtalradweg bis nach Neheim nutzen und die Ruhr über die Ruhrbrücke zum Restaurant "1220 Schwiedinghauser" überqueren, anschließend nach rechts abbiegen und den Radweg in Richtung Bergheim / Bachum / Voßwinkel nutzen bis ihr Voßwinkel erreicht.
