Almentour in das Schigebiet Grünau- Kasberg. Vom Parkplatz hinter dem Gemeindeamt startet man Richtung Almsee. Der Landstraße folgend, nimmt man kurz vor dem Wildpark den Wanderpfad links neben der Straße bis zum Schranken vor der Auffahrt zur Kasbergalm- Hütte. Auf 16, für den Verkehr gesperrten Asphaltkehren, die auch für Rennräder geeignet sind, schraubt man sich die Flanken des Almtals hinauf. Mit Blicken auf den Wildpark und das Tote Gebirge erreicht man die Kasbergalm- Hütte. Keinen Kilometer weiter findet man die bewirtschaftete Sepp Huber- Hütte. Auf Schotter verläuft der Weg an Benn Nock und Farrenau vorbei, zur zweiten Einkehrmöglichkeit, dem Hochberghaus. Sattelfeste sollten dem Wegpunkt R_TRIAL1 folgen, oder bis L_TRIAL2 auf Asphalt hinunter rollen. Wer sich auf Asphalt sicherer fühlt, sollte die Einfahrt links liegen lassen, und nach Grünau abfahren. Nach der steilen Einfahrt flacht der Weg etwas ab. Am Hang entlang führt der Weg durch den Wald, über Wiesen und Karrenwege in den Ort Grünau i. A. zurück.
