Da Sefro si sale il fianco meridionale del Monte Vermenone per circa 6 km fino ad arrivare ad un tornante dove si lascia la strada bianca per un sentiero dimenticato (quasi chiuso dalla vegetazione) che porta alla pineta del Passo Semegna. Con una difficile discesa si discende per 3 km e 400 metri di dislivello fino ad arrivare alle peschiere di Sefro. Si prosegue per la strada provinciale fino ad Agolla e si sale di nuovo per arrivare alla sella posta fra Monte Crestaio e Monte Cesito, a quota 800 m. Da qui, con una bella ma molto tecnica discesa, si ritorna nuovamente a Sefro a terminare questo giro.

From Sefro you climb the southern flank of Mount Vermenone for about 6 km until you come to a bend where you leave the road for a path forgotten (almost closed vegetation) that leads to the pine forests of the Step Semegna. With a difficult downhill for 3 miles and descends 400 vertical meters up to the fish ponds of Sefro. Continue on the road until the Agolla and climb again to get to the seat post between Monte and Monte Crestaio Cesito, at an altitude of 800 m. From here, with a nice but very technical descent, we return again to Sefro to finish this round.
