Eine wunderschöne Tour am Rande des Nautrparks Schwäbisch-Fränkischer Wald, die die 3 wohl schönsten Trails im Umkreis verbindet. Bergauf meist auf Asphalt oder Schotter, ansonsten möglichst viele Waldwege und Trails. Startpunkt ist die Gaststätte Waldheim in Backnang (Zeller Weg 109). Von dort geht es erst einmal hinunter ins Murrtal (in Oppenweiler kann man nochmal an der Tankstelle den Reifendruck checken wenn nötig). Dann geht es zunächst auf Asphalt bergauf, dann hinein in den Wald, vorbei an der Gertrudenbank (Schöne Aussicht, im Sommer öfters mal leckerer Grill-Geruch, der einen Hungerast auslösen kann ;-)) und zur Bucheiche. Von dort aus folgen wir dem Georg-Fahrbach Weg (fast durchgängig sehr schöner Single-Trail) auf dem Kamm zwischen Murr- und Lautertal zunächst ein Stückchen eben, dann bergab durch das legendäre "Sauloch" (nur für mutige Könner fahrbar) bis Sulzbach (hier gibt es einige Meter abseits des Tracks einige Möglichkeiten eine Stärkung zu sich zu nehmen, besonders empfehlenswert ist hier das Brauhaus, fast direkt an der B14 hinter der Diskothek Belinda: www.brauhaus-am-schloessle.de). Von dort aus steht uns der 2. Anstieg bevor, das kaum befahrene Strässchen von Sulzbach nach Ittenberg, von dort aus weiter zum Wanderheim Eschelhof (auch hier die Möglichkeit, sich günstig und gut-bürgerlich zu stärken www.schwaebischer-albverein.de/wanderheime/eschelhof/eschelhof.html). Nun geht es wieder runter vom Asphalt und nochmals ein Stückchen auf den Gerog-Fahrbach Weg, den wir alsbald verlassen um den Trail richtung Zell zu nehmen, der am Ende mit dem "Kanonenrohr" ebenfalls mit einem fahrtechnischen Leckerbissen aufwartet (hier ist übrigens aufgrund der vielen Wurzeln und des Gefälles bei Nässe grösste Vorsicht geboten!). Nun rollen wir auf Asphalt bis nach Zell, überqueren dort die Murr, und folgen ihr ab dem Schützenhaus auf einem weiteren Singletrail. An der alten Kläranlage (zwischen Backnang und Steinbach) geht's im Wald noch einmal ein Stückchen bergauf wieder zurück zum Ausgangspunkt. Am Waldheim kann man sich nach getaner Arbeit ebenfalls noch mal verpflegen. Viel Spaß und "ride on"! :-)

A wonderful tour on the edge of Nautrparks Swabian-Franconian Forest, which combines the three most beautiful trails in the area. Mostly uphill on asphalt or gravel, otherwise as many forest roads and trails. Starting point is the restaurant Waldheim in Backnang (Zeller path 109). From there, once down to Bitzer (in Oppenweiler you can again at the gas station to check tire pressure when necessary). Then it goes first on asphalt uphill, then into the forest, past the Gertrud Bank (Nice view, in summer often times delicious barbecue smell that can trigger a bonking;-)) and the Book oak. From there, we first follow the Georg-Fahrbach way (almost always very nice single trail) on the ridge between Murr and Lauter a bit flat, then downhill quot by the legendary &; Sauloch & quot; (Only for brave rounder mobile) to Sulzbach (there are a few meters off the track a few ways to strengthen to take in, especially recommended here is the brewery, almost directly on the B14 behind the nightclub Belinda: www.brauhaus-am schloessle.de). From there, is the second rise before us, the little road barely driven from Sulzbach Ittensberg, from there to Wanderheim Eschelhof (also here the opportunity to strengthen low and well-bourgeois www.schwaebischer-albverein.de/wanderheime /eschelhof/eschelhof.html). Now it's back down the asphalt and again a bit on the Gerog-Fahrbach path we leave soon to take the trail direction cell, the quot at the end with the &; Kanonenrohr & quot; also comes up with a moving technical tidbits (here greatest caution by the way because of the many roots and the slope in the wet). Now we're rolling on asphalt to Zell, the cross there Murr, and follow her from the clubhouse on another single track. At the old sewage treatment plant (between Backnang and Steinbach) you go in the woods again a bit uphill & nbsp; return to the starting point. At Waldheim you can after work also again catering.
