Start ist am Marktplatz Frammersbach und führt über die Kreuzkapelle nach Habichsthal. Weiter geht es über Teile der Bikewald-Pfadtour (Weg mit einem blauen "m" gekennzeichnet) nach Heigenbrücken (Wildpark und Klettergarten), an Neuhütten vorbei, Wiesthal und über die "Hockeruh" wieder auf die Kreuzkapelle. Von dort über den Kulturweg (in den Sommermonaten oft zugewachsen), der sehr ausgewaschen ist, zurück nach Frammersbach an den Marktplatz. Überwiegend wird auf Pfaden gefahren und nur ca. 40% auf Schotter und Teer. Teilweise sind die Anstiege knackig und auch mit Wurzeln zersetzt.

From there of the trail (in the summer months often overgrown), which is very washed out, back to Frammersbach to the marketplace. Mostly traveling on paths and only about 40% on gravel and tar. Some of the climbs are crisp and well decomposed with roots.
