Raggiunta Postalesio, parcheggiare l'auto presso il cimitero e risaliti per poche centinaia di metri verso il paese, prendere la strada provinciale inizialmente in discesa/pianura e poi in salita, anche con qualche tornante, che in ca.6/7 km porta a Triangia: portarsi nei pressi della chiesetta e -cartelli - imboccare la lunga e impegnativa strada asfaltata che si percorre per intero passando nei pressi del lago omonimo e oltre case isolate e piccole frazioni tra le quali Ligari. A tratti il percorso diventa sterrato e solo saltuariamente - offrendo panorami stupendi - esce dal bosco. A ca quota 1620 m seguire la diramazione di destra - segnavia per il monte Rolla - e non farsi ingannare dalla ben più comoda strada di sinistra (la traccia gps segue erroneamente per un breve tratto questa deviazione ):ora il terreno si fa più sconnesso ma sempre ben pedalabile. Dopo una curva secca a destra- e dopo aver rimirato un'ultima volta il gruppo del Bernina - si esce quasi completamnete dalla vegetazione e si giunge ad un alpeggio (fontana:consigliabile salire per pochi metri sul dosso con croce metallica per godere di un panorama eccezionale su tutta la bassa e media Valtellina). Da qui in poi il tracciato si fà "quasi"pianeggiante con brevi strappi e in 5,5 km -dopo aver passato alcuni alpeggi - conduce finalmente al Lago Colina. Ora non rimane che scendere -dapprima su sterrato poi su asfalto - a Postalesio. Tecnicamente facile, ma duro , fattibile anche in senso inverso ma l'ascesa da Postalesio è sicuramente ancora più impegnativa perchè più ripida. Il panorama , l'asprezza dei luoghi e la solitudine garantita valgono da soli lo sforzo. Non preoccupatevi dell'acqua perchè su tutto l'itinerario le fontane sono numerose.

Reached Postalesio, park your car at the cemetery and climbed up to a few hundred meters to the country, & nbsp; Take the first road downhill / flat and then uphill, & nbsp; even with some hairpin, & nbsp; who ca.6 / 7 km leads to Triangia: move near the church and -cartelli - take the long and challenging road that runs the entire passing near the lake of the same name over and isolated houses and small hamlets including Ligari. At times the path becomes dirt and only occasionally - offering gorgeous views - out of the woods. A portion ca 1620 & nbsp; m follow the fork to the right - signpost for Mount Rolla - and & nbsp; not be fooled by the much more comfortable road on the left (the gps track following error for a short stretch of this deviation & nbsp;): Now the ground is more uneven but always well pedaled. After a curve & nbsp; dry right-- and gazed one last time after the Bernina group - & nbsp; you leave nearly completamnete vegetation and you will come to a mountain pasture (fountain: recommended & nbsp; rise to few meters with metal cross on the hill to enjoy an exceptional panorama of the entire low and medium Valtellina). From here on, the trail gets & quot; almost & quot; flat with short tears and in 5.5 km-after having spent several pastures - leads finally to Lake Colina. Now all that remains is -dapprima down on dirt and on asphalt - a Postalesio. Technically easy, but hard, feasible also in the opposite direction but the rise from Postalesio is definitely more challenging because steeper. The & nbsp; landscape, the rugged landscape and the guaranteed solitude alone are worth the effort. Do not worry because the water over the entire route fountains are numerous.
