MTB Rundkurs durch den Moritzburger Forst, die Laussnitzer Heide und die Dresdner Heide, wo auch Start und Ziel ist. Technisch nicht so anspruchsvoll. Der Schwerpunkt liegt eher in der Länge. Der größte Teil der Strecke ist sehr flach. Kurz nach der Mitte der Tour wartet der Anstieg auf den Buchenberg, wo man wieder etwas mehr Atem braucht um ihn bis nach oben zu fahren. Die Tour wird im Uhrzeigersinn gefahren. Strecke: Start und Ziel ist am Regierungspräsidium Ecke Jägerpark. Über den Jungferngrund geht es zum Kriegerdenkmal und über den Kannenhenkel und den Diebsteig in den Prießnitzgrund. Wer das nicht mag und eher ruhig die Tour angehen will, lässt das einfach aus. Aus der Dresdner Heide geht es in die Junge Heide und durch den Fiedlergrund hinauf zum Bismarckturm. Nächste Station ist der Wasserturm und der Jacobstein, bevor es zum Seerosenteich und damit in flaches Gelände geht. Durch den Moritzburger Forst und entlang der vielen Teiche geht es unschwer auf breiten Forstwegen in die Laussnitzer Heide. So eine Auffahrt wie die zum Buchenberg zu finden, ist in dieser Region eher selten und daher ein Muß. Kurz vor der Dresdner Heide kommen noch ein paar schöne, aber einfache Pfade und noch ein paar Hügel. In Langebrück geht es bergab im Richtung Prießnitztal und über den Küchenbrückenweg zurück ins Ziel. Viel Spaß!

Most of the route is very flat. Shortly after the middle of the tour awaits the increase to the carrying mountain where you back a little more breathing needs him to drive to the top. So a driveway how to find the book here is rather rare in this region and therefore a must. Shortly before the Dresdner Heide get some nice but simple paths and a few hills. In Langenbrück it goes downhill in the direction Prießnitztal and the Küchenbrückenweg back to the finish. Have fun!
