Istigato dal Diretur, son partito verso la Terra Promessa.
Partito dall'inizio di San Vittore (se venite da "fuori" vi consiglio di parcheggiare a Roveredo, appena fuori dall'autostrada, così fate riscaldamento e meno asfalto al ritorno), prendo subito la salita con indicazione Giova; pendenza abbastanza costante.
Giunto a Giova incontro i miei compagni d'avventura: Riccardo e Doriano. Devio un attimo con Rick a sinistra al bivio, verso Alva, poi riscendiamo e rientriamo in traiettoria.
Dopo 100m parte il bellissimo bosco del Faed, leggera salita pedabilissima ricca di pietre e radici, che si conclude sul pratone di Mazzucan.
Mira il paesaggio e riparti, attraversa le case appena sotto in diagonale e, dopo 500m, rientri su ampia sterrata in discesa, poi asfalto fino a Buseno.
Scendi fino alla cantonale, e da Molina parte un sentiero in traversa che sale fino a Castaneda e Santa Maria; inizia bene, poi c'e` la parte che traversa i Crap de Maria (paretone roccioso) ricco di ostacoli (pedalabile al 50%); poi si giunge all'enigmatico passaggio (vedi foto) da cui riprende il sentiero pienamente pedalabile che spunta alla Clinica Paracelsus.
Qualche tornante su asfalto e siete in piazza dove c'e` una fontana a cui rinfrescarsi (foto).
Risalita ancora 100m e cominciate la discesa finale verso Cama, inizio velocissimo, poi ATTENZIONE! in corrispondenza di una biforcazione, prendete a sinistra, dopo 10m scendete di sella e uscite a destra sul sentiero (come a riprendere la biforcazione a destra di poco fa'), ma dopo 1m girate a sinistra, passando di fianco ad un masso con un bollo rosso di vernice.
Da lì inizia la vera discesa, dapprima molto tecnica, con bei massi e tante foglie, poi sempre piu' scorrevole.
Si sbuca su ampia sterrata, girare a sinistra. Dopo breve ancora a destra in single track con un sacco di foglie, su scalini di pietra (abbastanza liscio e veloce).
Circa 500m dopo esser passati sotto un evidente tronco (occhio alla gobba), abbandonare il discesone a destra, un breve single vi porta in paese a Verdabbio.
Attraversate il paese in diagonale verso sinistra e prendete la strada che volete, tanto ormai siete tornati alla civilta'.

Instigated by Diretur, I left to the Promised Land.
Party from the beginning of San Vittore (if you come from "outside" I advise you to park in Roveredo, just off the highway, so do heating and less asphalt to return), I take the climb immediately with an indication It should be; fairly constant slope.

The trail leads on a wide dirt road, turn left. After a short right again into single track with a lot of leaves on stone steps (quite smooth and fast).
About 500m after passing under a clear trunk (beware of the hump), leave the discesone right, a short single takes you into town Verdabbio.
cross the country diagonally to the left and take the road that you want, so now you're back to civilization '.
