Tourenbeschreibung des offiziellen Flyers zur RTF2: "Von Dresden geht es zunächst bergauf über Freital und hinein in das Landschaftsschutzgebiet Tharandter Wald. In seichtem Auf und Ab geht es weiter über Dippoldiswalde und die letzte größere Steigung hinauf nach Glashütte. Jetzt wendet sich die Strecke nordwärts und in seichter Bergabfahrt geht es durch das schöne Müglitztal über Heidenau zurück nach Dresden."
