von Flachau aus über Altenmarkt und Radstadt vorbei immer den Ennsradweg entlang. Nach genau 20km kommt der Abzweig nach rechts in den Anstieg. Jetzt geht es gute 400Hm aufwärts. Zwischendrinn kommt eine Passage, ca. 120Hm die mit ca. 14% im Schnitt (max. 17%) etwas steiler ist. Auf der Strecke gibt es wunderschöne Blicke auf den Dachstein. Auf dem Höhenweg angekommen geht es in einer rasanten Abfahrt an einem Kletterfelsen vorbei bis hinein nach Forstau. Von Forstau aus geht es ca. 250Hm auf der Straße entlang bis auf der Kuppe der Abzweig nach links geht. Dann nochmal ca. 50Hm und hinein in einen flowigen Singletrail, der nur kurz unterbrochen wird und dann auf einer Weidenanhöhe endet. Von dort geht es auf Asphalt abwärts wieder an Radstadt und Altenmarkt vorbei nach Flachau.

Once on the mountain trail, it goes into a rapid descent to a rock climbing past right down to Forstau. From Forstau it goes about 250Hm on the road down to the tip of the branch goes to the left. Then again about 50Hm and inside. In a flowing single trail, which is only interrupted briefly and then ends on a Weidenanhöhe From there it goes downhill on asphalt again to Radstadt and Altenmarkt over to Flachau.
