Giro ad 8 sul Monte Bar, collegando due belle discese su singletrack. Inizio con la lunga (1100 metri di dislivello su circa 12 km) da Tesserete alla Capanna Monte Bar, si prosegue in direzione Piandanazzo e poco prima del rifugio si scende verso Corticiasca. La discesa coincide con la salita di questo giro:. Inutile dire che in discesa è divertente da paura, anche se delle volte bisogna stare attenti al dirupo sulla sinistra.
Arrivati ad una sterrata la si prende verso destra (cartello "Motto della Croce). Questa ricomincia a scendere dolcemente dopo poco, lasciandoci ammirare tutto il panorama del Lago di Lugano di fronte a noi. Si giunge alla già percorsa strada asfaltata che porta in direzione Capanna Monte Bar. Sono 250 metri di dislivello di fatica finale prima di arrivare al Motto della Croce, dove inizia l'infinita discesa su singletrack fino a Tesserete.
