Von Gellinghausen aus geht es das Burdahl hoch Richtung Letzter Heller. Oben am Waldausgang geht es rechts auf der Teerstraße durchs Feld. Hinter dem Frauental unterqueren wir die A33 und fahren weiter bis ans Alfer Buchholz in das wir beim ersten Waldweg einbiegen. Auf Waldwegen geht es durchs Alfer Buchholz bis kurz vor die Postecke. Hier überqueren wir die A33 wieder und biegen recht in den Wald. Auf Forstwegen geht es weiter bis in den Totengrund, dem wir bis ins Altenautal folgen. Auf der Hauptstraße fahren wir Richtung Henglarn und biegen ins Mental ab. Hier erwartet uns eine schöne Waldrunde mit ordentlicher Steigung und Abfahrt. Das Mental verlassen wir wieder an der Hauptstraße auf der wir uns links halten um sofort wieder links bei einem Wanderparkplatz in den Spiekermannweg einzubiegen. Es folgt ein längerer Anstieg auf einem Forstweg. Oben beim Spiekermannweg-Stein halten wir uns rechts und folgen dem Waldweg bis zur Totengrundstraße. Dort wird links abgebogen und wir fahren bis zum Holzlagerplatz. Die Teerstraße verläuft parallel zur A33 und knickt am Ende rechts ab in den Wald. Den ersten Abzweig nach links nehmen wir wieder und folgen dem Forstweg, bis wir wieder aus dem Wald heraus kommen. Jetzt geht es links ab bis zur Postecke. Hier folgen wir der Hauptstraße Richtung Etteln. Hinter dem grünen Wasserhochwerk folgen wir links dem Wirtschaftsweg bis zur T-Kreuzung. Dort links ab und gleich den nächsten Weg wieder rechts rein. Dem Teerweg folgen, am Autobahnparkplatz "Letzter Heller" vorbei und zurück durchs Burdahl nach Gellinghausen.

From Gellinghausen it goes the direction Burdahl highly Last Heller. Top of the forest output, turn right on the paved road through the field. Behind the Frauental we pass under the A33 and continue until the Alfer Buchholz in which we turn the first dirt road. On forest roads, you pass through Alfer Buchholz until just before the corner post. Here again we cross the A33 and turn right into the forest. On forest roads takes up in the dead ground, which we follow to the Altenautal. On the main road we drive Henglarn and turn into Mental. Here awaits us a beautiful forest round with decent pitch and departure. We leave the mind back to the main road on which we keep to the left to instantly recover einzubiegen left at a hiking park in the Spiekermannweg. It follows a long climb along a forest trail. Above the Spiekermannweg-stone bear right and follow the forest road to the dead ground road. There will be turned left and we drive to the lumber yard. The tarmac road runs parallel to the A33 and bends right at the end in the forest. The first branch to the left we take back and follow the forest until we come back from the forest. Now it is left up to the post office corner. Here we follow the main road towards Etteln. Behind the green water high work we follow left the farm track to the T-junction. There, left and immediately right again the next way pure. Follow the tarmac path, quot on highway parking &; Last Heller & quot; over and back through Burdahl after Gellinghausen.
