Trail Description

They keep the bike tours, mountain bike certainly is a bit strange because we still have done almost all asphalt and little or no dirt, so much so that on my gem, rockrider 9.1, for the moment I mounted the tires on the road with tasselate the asphalt just do not go.
Today, as usual we met at 9:30 am near the cineteatro of Capo d'Orlando that has become the favorite meeting place.
Francis, Peppe, Tonino, Peppino and Carlo, after the greetings via ready we set off to Sinagra.
From the point of view of on-board sight to behold and I explain why, all the batteries are going haywire, bike computer always at zero, HRM completely out of phase with the pulse count to 220 bpm and stop thinking that I had not taken even a coffee !!!!
Last night I had the action cam mounted on the handlebar that usually use the kayak, two minutes after the batteries have gone ko! fortunately the GPS is the only one that has continued to function.
Let's start then east along in a beautiful sunny day the road that leads from downtown to San Gregorio, we expect the usual ramp of 16 % who climb without using the grappling hook, the descent begins with a street still wet that will take us to the junction between the 113 and the road to Sinagra.
The road is a good workout, in fact, as he called someone in the group "is a false climb" nothing but false climb is a real climb and continues to bring us to 260 m above sea level, you can not give up cycling because otherwise you go back !!! The road gets tougher as we approach the country but now it's done, just minutes off the usual finger, photo rite and again, and this time it's all downhill and in 10 minutes we find ourselves faced with the rise of the head of monaco watch the GPS signals 17 km / h amazing the first time I had climbed to 5 km / h, down the slope of 16% and via seafront continue to Rocca di Caprileone and then go back after arriving on the beach, the call of the sea is always too strong.
We have come across almost 49 km at an average speed of 17.40 km / h, the next appointment? follow us, see you soon.
