Kleiner Abstecher zum Triebenberg (383m) und Borsberg (362m) oberhalb von Graupa/Pirna. Der Borsberg, rechtselbisch zwischen Dresden und Pirna gelegen, läßt sich durch jede Menge spannende Wanderwege und Trailabfahrten beschreiben. Gerade letztere dürften jeden Hardtailer und Fully-Fahrer in Verzückung geraten lassen (siehe Fotos). Die hier beschriebene Runde stellt eine Mischung aus lockeren Auffahrten, steilen und schottrigen Anstiegen, Wald- und Wiesenautobahnen als auch extrem genialen sehr weitsichtigen Panoramen dar. Start der Tour ist etwas oberhalb von Graupa, einem kleinen Dorf nördlich von Pirna. Ortskundige aus der Region rund um Dresden können sicher direkt mit dem Rad anreisen, Besuchern der Region sei die Prina-Brücke über die Elbe empfohlen, deren rechtselbischer Anschluss fast direkt am Startpunkt der Tour endet. Damit ist die Tour perfekt erreichbar, da die nächste Autobahn A17 nicht weit ist. Zu Beginn der Tour erfolgt ein leichter Aufstieg zum Sauteich. Eigentlich nur spektakulär aufgrund des Namens, denn vor Ort sagen sich wohl nur die Enten oder Hasen Guten Tag oder Nacht. Hier am Teich kann aber direkt der Einstieg in die Hohen Brücken erfolgen. Wir wählen eine kleine Variante gen Westen im Uhrzeigersinn. Es geht noch einen kleinen steilen Waldweg empor, alles wirkt etwas langweilig und verschlafen, aber unvermittelt geht es scharf rechts in den Einstieg zu den Hohen Brücken. Ab hier wirds sofort spannend... Achtung Baumwurzeln und jede Menge Single-Trail Anstieg/Abstieg-Passagen, zumeist entlang von Wiesen oder Bachläufen. Uns begegnen 8 Sandsteinbrücken, teilweise mitten im dichten Wald gelegen. Jede weitere Brücke wird größer und höher und überspannt die Bachgründe zum Zaschendorfer Bach und dem Bonnewitzer Bach. Oberhalb von Wünschendorf gibt es noch einen Exkurs zur "Schönen Höhe", einem Aussichtsplateau in Richtung Osten mit direktem Blick auf das Kerngebiet der Sächsischen Schweiz (Hohenstein, Lilienstein und Königstein etc. ...), siehe auch Panorama-Foto. Eine kleine Schützhütte lädt zur Pause ein. Weiter geht es entlang der Höhenlinie auf etwa 300m ü.N.N. zum Triebenberg. Hier betreibt die Fakultät für Physik der TU Dresden eine Aussenstelle mit Speziallaboren für höchstauflösende Elektronenmikroskopie und Elekronenholographie. Für uns als Extreme-MTBler aber wohl sicher nur als höchstgelegener Punkt der Tour interessant, wobei dieser aber auch der höchste Punkt des Ortsgebietes der Stadt Dresden darstellt. Der nächste Punkt der Tour wartet am Borsberg, bzw. ist eben jener. Der Borsberg mit seinen 362m ü.N.N. liegt etwas unscheinbar am Waldrand versteckt und die nebenan gelegene Gaststätte (leider geschlossen und verfallen) hat sicher bessere Tage erlebt. Aber direkt hinter dem Gipfelpunkt (eine Statue) beginnt einer der wohl spektakulärsten Trail-Downhill-Abfahrten des oberen Elbhanggebietes. Hardtailern sei die in dieser Tour gewählte Abfahrt Variante empfohlen (deshalb auch der Name BorsbergLight). Wer es richtig heftig mag, kann direkt Schussfahrt in Richtung Elbe nehmen und trifft dann am Ende entlang des Graupaer Bachs auf den Leitenweg. Ich bin die Tour auch schon mal nach heftigen Regenfällen gefahren. Dann stünde an dieser Stelle etwas über eine Wasserrutsche (ich meine den Graupaer Bach, was für mich damalig ein Runterschieben von 20min bedeutete...). Der weiter unten gelegene Leitenweg stellt einen schönen Abschluss dar (egal ob mit Monster-Trail oder ohne) und verläuft locker oberhalb von Graupa an der Elbkante entlang bis zum Startpunkt. Viel Spaß! P.S.: Kleiner Tipp am Rande. Sollte es am Vortag ordentlich geregnet haben, so ist diese Tour nicht zum empfehlen. Der größte Teil der Trails verläuft auf Schräglage (5-10% Gefälle bzw. Steigung) und da das gesamte Gebiet um den Borsberg ziemlich abschüssig ist, kann es zu größeren Bachläufen und damit Abschwemmungen kommen. Dann macht das Fahren nicht so viel Spaß. Besser ein paar Tage trocknen lassen und dann einen neuen Versuch starten. Lohnt sich!

Small detour to drive mountain (383m) and Borsberg (362m) above Graupa / Pirna. The Borsberg, located between Dresden and Pirna rechtselbisch, can be described by a lot of exciting trails and trail runs. Especially the latter should each Hardtailer and Fully-driver can swoon (see photos). The round described here represents a mixture of loose driveways, steep and gravelly climbs, forest and meadow highways and extremely ingenious very far-sighted views. The tour starts just above Graupa, a small village north of Pirna. Local knowledge of the area around Dresden can safely arrive directly to the wheel, visitors to the region is the recommended Prina Bridge over the Elbe, whose right bank connection ends almost directly at the starting point of the tour. This tour is perfectly accessible as the nearest motorway A17 is not far. At the beginning of the tour, a slight ascent leads to Sauteich. Actually, just say spectacular because of the name, because the spot is probably only the ducks or rabbits good day or night. Here at the pond but can be done directly in entering the high bridges. We choose a small variant west clockwise. It goes up a little steep forest, everything seems a bit boring and sleepy, but suddenly it goes sharp right at the entrance to the High Bridge. From here it gets immediately exciting ... Attention tree roots and lots of single-trail climb / descent passages, mostly along meadows or streams. We encounter 8 sandstone bridges, partly situated in the dense forest. Each additional bridge is larger and higher and spans the creek reasons for Zaschendorfer Bach and the Bach Bonnewitzer. Above Wünschendorf there is an excursus on the & quot; beautiful height & quot ;, a viewing platform to the east with a direct view of the central area of ??the Saxon Switzerland (Hohenstein, Lily Stone and King stone etc. ...), see the panoramic photo. A small Rifugio invites you to pause. Continue along the contour line at about 300m above sea level for Triebenberg. Here the Faculty of Physics at the TU Dresden operates a branch office with specialized labs for ultrahigh-resolution electron microscopy and Elekronenholographie. But probably be interesting only as s highest point of the tour for us as Extreme mountain bikers, but where this is also the highest point in the town area of ??the city of Dresden. The nearest point of the tour is waiting on Borsberg, or is just that. The Borsberg with its 362m ü.N.N. is somewhat inconspicuous hidden at the edge of the forest and the restaurant located next door (unfortunately closed and expire) has certainly seen better days. But just behind the apex (a statue) begins one of the most spectacular trail downhill slopes of the upper Elbhanggebietes. Hardtailern is recommended (hence the name BorsbergLight) selected in this tour departure variant. If you like it really hard, can directly take shot ride in towards the Elbe and then meet at the end along the Graupaer Bach on the Leitenweg. I drove the tour sometimes even after heavy rains. Then would at this point about a water slide (I mean the Graupaer Bach, which for me meant a onetime Down Slide 20min ...). The below points Leitenweg represents a beautiful finish (whether with or without the Monster Trail) and runs loose above Graupa at the Elbkante along to the starting point. Have fun! P.S .: little tip on the edge. Should it have rained properly the day before, so this tour is not to be recommended. Most of the trail runs on tilt (5-10% gradient or slope) and since the entire area around the Borsberg is pretty steep, it can lead to larger streams and thus come runoff. Then, the driving is not as fun. Allow to dry for a few more days and then try again. Worth it!
