Bericht Grenzlandtour 2011 Die Männer sind die Grenzlandrunde (ca. 58 km) und die Frauen die Familienrunde (15,5 km) gefahren. Hier der Bericht der Grenzlandrunde, die diesmal eine geänderte Streckenführung im Vergleich zum Vorjahr hatte. Das Wetter hat es diesmal gut gemeint, auch mit der Folge, dass diesmal wesentlich mehr Fahrer am Start waren. Start erfolgte um 10.30 Uhr. Gleich geht es auf der Straße hinauf nach Grumbach. Vorbei am Sportplatz durch den Wald nach Jöhstadt. Am Grenzübergang Jöhstadt/Potouky (km 13) die erste Raststelle. Jetzt geht es stetig bergauf an Korvaska. Die Straße ist sehr schlecht. In Korvaska biegen wir links ab und es geht hinauf zum Spitzberg (926 m), dem höchste Punkt der Tour. Vorbei an der Preßnitz-Talsperre geht es hinab nach Schmalzgrube. Das Waldstück ist durch den vorangegangen Regen durchnäßt. Konzentriertes Fahren ist angesagt. Kurz vor der Raststelle in Schmalzgrube (km 36) ist ein Loch in der Straße. Leider erwischt es Jens unseren Nachbarn. Er stürzt schwer und muss ins Krankenhaus. Die Schulter ist klar. Er ist nicht der einzige, der an dieser Stelle stürzt. Das Erzgebirgsklinikum in Annaberg hat viel zu tun. Ich war fahr auch durch das Loch, habe aber Glück und kann den Sturz verhindern. Nach Schmalzgrube geht es wieder hinauf auf den Erzgebirgskamm. Das Waldstück kannten wir von der Grumbach-Radtour und wußten ungefähr, was uns erwartet. Ich kämpfe mich hinauf. Ein Radler fragt mich im vorbeifahren, ob ich zwei Beine hätte ??? Wieso ??? Ich sagte ihm, dass ich einen Achillessehenriss hatte und die Muskeln nicht wiederkommen wollen ... und er zog an mir vorbei. Über Satzung geht es nach Reitzenhain. Von dort hinunter nach Mittelschmiedeberg. Über den Preßnitztal-Radweg und Landring (letzter steiler Anstieg) geht es zurück nach Arnsfeld. Chrisi fährt 2:21 h und ich komme nach 2:35 h ins Ziel. Fazit: tolle Strecke, gute Organisation und sehr gute Ausschilderung weiterso ... bei der 7-ten Grenzlandtour sind wir wieder dabei ... unsere Frauen haben dieses Jahr die Familienrunde absolviert. Report borderland Tour 2011 The men drove the family round (15.5 km) round the borderland (about 58 km) and the women. Concentrated driving is announced. Shortly before the rest stop in Schmalzgrube (36 km) is a hole in the road. Unfortunately, it caught Jens our neighbors. He falls hard and is hospitalized. The shoulder is clear. He is not the only one who crashes at this point. The Erzgebirgsklinikum in Annaberg has a lot to do. I was driving by the hole, but am lucky and can prevent the fall. After Schmalzgrube it goes back up to the Erzgebirgskamm. The forest we knew of the Grumbach bike ride and knew roughly what to expect. I fight myself up. A cyclist asks me in passing if I had two legs ??? Why ??? I told him that I had an Achilles tendon tear and the muscles do not want to come back ... and he passed me. About statutes it goes Reitzenhain. From there down to Central Schmiedeberg. About the Preßnitztal bike trail and country ring (last steep climb) it goes back to Arnsfeld. Chrisi runs 2:21 and 2:35 to get to the finish. Conclusion: great track, good organization and very good signs weiterso ... at the 7-th frontier tour, we are back again ... our women have completed the family round this year. Start 11:00 clock.
