Start am Sportplatz in Rossbach. Wir starten durch den Wald nach Hilgert. Von dort aus gehts bergauf nach Steimel. Danach abwärts bis wir auf den Radweg "Puderbacher Land" treffen. Wir folgen dem Radweg über Udert, Rodenbach und Lauzert bis nach Oberdreis (Verpflegungsstation). Von Oberdreis aus gehts wieder bergan in den Roßbacher Wald und dann in einer weiten Schleife zurück nach Roßbach.

Start at the sports ground in Rossbach. We start through the forest to Hilgert. From there you go uphill to Steimel. Then down to the bike path, we meet "powder Bacher country". We follow the cycle path on Udert, Rodenbach and Lauzert until after Oberdreis (aid station). From Oberdreis from am back uphill into the forest Roßbacher and then in a wide loop back to Rossbach.
