Von der langen CTF Runde 74 km haben wir in diesem Track die erste hälfte gefahren. Für alle MTBiker die keine 74 km am Stück fahren möchten. Start an der Hachhausener Strasse in Datteln. Rundkurs mit Ziel Prozessionsweg. Höhe steht in dem Track. 1815 Trackpunkte. Achtung kein ActiveTrack. Wer ein älteres Navi benutzt sollte den Track für sich umwandeln. Der Track hat ein Länge von 40 km und 3 Stunden ohne Pause solltet Ihr für die Strecke berechnen . Durchschnitt von 14 km/h. Aufgezeichnet mit Gamin 62 ST. Ein Beispiel zum Verwenden eines Tracks mit vielen Punkten (mehr als 500) auf dem GPSmap60 Es kommt vor, dass man im Internet einen interessanten Track findet, den man gerne nachfahren möchte. Um diesen Track komplett auf das Gerät zu bekommen, lädt man ihn in Mapsource und benennt ihn auf den Namen ACTIVE LOG um. Nach dem Übertragen steht er nicht in den saved Tracks auf dem Gerät sondern im aktiven Trackspeicher. Jetzt kann man ihn über die Tracback Funktion nutzen. Das Umbenennen ist nötig, da er sonst in den Saved Speicher landen würde. Diese sind aber bei diesem Gerät auf 500 Punkte begrenzt. Eine andere Variante besteht darin, die Anzahl Trackpunkte im Track mittels einer Funktion so weit zu reduzieren, bis der Track auch im Saved Log Platz findet. Dies kann bspw. mit einer Software wie Fugawi gemacht werden. Die Funktion beinhaltet einen Algorithmus, der selbständig entscheidet, welche Trackpunkte weggelassen werden können. In den meisten Fällten ist der Track danach noch ausreichend genau und kann problemlos für Tracback im Gerät verwendet werden.
