partenza da Civate e salita al Cornizzolo passando da strade secondarie fino ad Eupilio, classica salita poi.
Discesa partendo dalla bocchetta di S. Miro, dal rifugio proseguire per il ripetitore ma poco prima si trova la paletta indicatoria, prendere a destra nel bosco, 5' e si è alla bocchetta, da li tutta in giù fino a S.Tommaso e poi S. Martino, discesa .. a tratti.tecnica
