Die Tour ist auch im Sommer recht angenehm zufahren da sie großteils im Wald verläuft, umso schöner sind dann die Aussichten ;-), einmal Richtung Pöllauertal und dann Richtung Feistritz. Beginnend beim Gewerbepark, über die Straße nach Tiefenbach. Dann über einen Feldweg an einen Teich vorbei kommt man zum Hofkirchner Rundweg. Diese Verbindung ist ein schmaler Pfad. Den Rundweg folgen, bis zum Ballonhotel Thaler. Von dort führt ein Wanderweg, welcher in der Austriamap nicht eingezeichnet ist, über einen kleinen Anstieg und einer Zufahrt eines Bauerns zum Gasthaus Zöhrer. Nun der Strasse folgen bis zur nächsten Kreuzung, links und gleich wieder Rechts über eine Hauszufahrt in den Wald. Dieser Weg mündet dann in einen Wanderweg bei der nächsten Strassenquerung. Vorbei an einem Steinbruch, dem ersten Wetterkreuz (Blick Richtung Hartberg) geht es Richtung Buchkogel. Das letzte Stück kann man über einem Forstweg zurücklegen,welcher nordseitig verläuft. Direkt ist es zusteil,zumindest für mich. Vom Buckkogel weg hält man sich Richtung Rabenwald. Kurz vor dem Sender-Rubland wird es etwas Steiler. Nach der Strassenquerung kann man den Wandersteg direkt Richtung Rabenwald folgen, jedoch mit vielen Wurzeln. Alternativ nicht in den Wanderweg abbiegen sonderm den Schotterweg weiterfahren bis zu Aspaltstrasse Richtung Rabenwald (Schranken) und die Teilstrecke von oben fahren, jedoch immer die "5 gehminuten " zum Wetterkreuz zurücklegen, da schönes Panorama Richtung Pöllau. Jedoch hab ich mir das nur auf der Karte angeschaut. Von nun an gings bergab, Richtung Kreilkogel. Die ersten 2 punktierten Teilstücke hab ich ausgelassen da zu verwachsen. Über den Kreilkogel muß man ein paarmal das Radschultern, (Foto im Wald mit Kreuz)jedoch nur kurze Stücke, dafür wird mit mit ein paar schöne Platzerl belohnt. Leider ist die Aussicht nicht besonders. Nach der Burg Neuhaus wird richtig steil, da muß man schon gut fahren können. Erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass im Moment viel Laub liegt. Das Ende des Trail ist mitten in der Stubenbergklamm. Bei der Ausfahrt auf die Strasse also aufpassen auf Dinger mit 4 Reifen. Bis zum Schauwasserkraftwerk wo der Feistritztalweg R8 beginnt ist es nicht weit. edit :juli 2009 : Beim See gibts nun eine Umfahrung R8. Werde in kürze die tour mal überarbeiten( neuaufzeichnen.). da sich einige passagen etwas verändert haben und ein paar neue unbedingt dazumüssen. Viel Spass.

The tour is also in the summer quite enjoyable to drive as it largely runs in the woods, the more beautiful then are the prospects;-), once Pöllauertal direction and then direction Feistritzsattel. Beginning at the industrial park, on the road to Tiefenbach. Then, on a dirt road to a pond past to get to the Hofkirchner trail. This compound is a narrow path. Follow the trail until the balloon Hotel Thaler. From there, a path which is not shown in the Austriamap, over a small rise and a driveway of a pawn to the inn Zöhrer. Now follow the road to the next intersection, turn left and immediately right over a house driveway in the woods. This road then leads to a trail at the next road crossing. Past a quarry, the first Wetterkreuz (looking Hartberg) we head Buchkogel. The final piece can be put back on a forest road, which runs north side. Direct it is zusteil, at least for me. From Buck Kogel away, keep to the direction Rabenwald. Shortly before the transmitter Rubland it is somewhat steep. After crossing the road, you can follow the walking bridge right direction Rabenwald, but with many roots. Alternatively, do not turn in the trail sonderm the dirt road drive up to paved road towards Rabenwald (barriers) and the leg of up move, but always the & quot; 5 minutes walk & quot; cover for Wetterkreuz as beautiful panorama direction Pöllau. However, I thought it would only looked at the map. From now on we went downhill, direction Kreil Kogel. The first two dotted sections I've missed since grown to. One has a couple of times the Radschultern, (photo in the forest with cross) but only short pieces, is rewarded with a few nice Platzerl About the Kreil Kogel. Unfortunately, the view is not particularly. After the castle Neuhaus is really steep, since one would have to go well. To make matters worse, that at the moment is a lot of foliage. The end of the trail is in the middle of the room mountain gorge. At the exit to the street so take care of things with four wheels. Until the scene hydroelectric plant where the thalweg Feistritzsattel R8 begins, it is not far. edit: july 2009: By the lake now, there's a bypass R8.
