Start und Ziel ist der wunderschöne Marktplatz von Ottensheim. Von dort Richtung Osten in das bezaubernde Bleicherbachtal und weiter auf die Koglerau. Dort den besonderen Ausblick genießen und dann noch mehr den knackigen Singletrail durch den Wald. Kurz nach der Waldausfahrt lohnt es sich nicht nur wegen der Straßenquerung zu bremsen sondern vor allem zur Einkehr im genialen Köglerhof (Öffnungszeiten siehe Link). Danach direkt vom Hof abwärts bis zur nächsten Straße. Von dort retour zur ürsprünglichen Tour beim Bleicherbach. Dann geht es nochmals aufwärts auf den Hamberg und von dort zum Rodlbad Gramastetten. Gut einen Kilometer von hier ist beim Sägewerk Bräuer die Straße zu queren. Das Sägewerk wird von Ostern bis Ende September vom Besitzer als Heuriger geführt - unbedingt einkehren! danach das Rodltal bis Rottenegg weiterfahren. Kurz darauf die Bundesstraße(!) überqueren und am Fuße des Mursberges über den Ortsteil Rodl und die wunderschönen Streuobstwiesen bei Ottensheim zurück zum Ausgangspunkt gelangen. Die Runde im Donaucafe, beim Schwarzen Adler oder im Donauhof noch gemütlich ausklingen lassen.

Start and finish the & nbsp; beautiful market square of Ottenheim. From there, head east into the charming Bleicherbachtal and continue on the Koglerau. There, enjoy the fortress tour and still more the crisp single trail through the forest. Shortly after the forest exit, it is not only worthwhile & nbsp; due to the road crossing & nbsp; slowing but mainly to stop the ingenious Köglerhof (opening times see link). Then from the farm down to the next street. From there back to ürsprünglichen Tour at Bleicherbach. Then it goes up again to the Hamberg and & nbsp; thence to Rodlbad Gramastetten. Good one kilometer from here is to cross the street at the sawmill Bräuer. The sawmill is run from Easter to end of September by the owner as a Winery - sure to drop! then continue the Rodltal to Rottenegg. Shortly thereafter, the federal road crossing and at & nbsp (!); Foot of Mursberges over the district Rodl and the & nbsp; beautiful orchards at Otten Home & nbsp; return to the starting point. The dip in the Danube Cafe, winding down after yet cozy at the Black Eagle or Donauhof.
