Questo tour è molto particolare.
Innanzitutto è bene fare nel periodo invernale o primissima primavera,per non aver a che fare con la vegetazione molto appuntita(pungitopo),se c'è una giornata limpida è l'ideale per ammirare il panorama a 360 gradi dalla cima,e la cosa piu' importante è la voglia di percorrere alcuni tratti in salita e in discesa a piedi,con la bici in spalla.
La discesa per i piu' temerari è meravigliosa e molto tecnica se fatta in sella.
Questo tour va abbinato alla seconda parte che nomino (discesa dal monte Ceva) in cui c'è la discesa dal versante opposto uscendo a fianco al castello del Cataio.

This tour is very special.
First, it is good to do in the winter or very early spring, not to have anything to do with the vegetation very sharp (butcher's broom), if there is a clear day is ideal to admire the view 360 degrees from the top, and the most 'important is the desire to go through some uphill and downhill walking with the bike on his shoulder.
The descent for the most' daring is wonderful and very technical if done in the saddle.
This tour must be coupled to the second part I name (descent from Mount Ceva) in which there is the descent from the opposite side coming closer to the castle of Cathay.
