Die Tour beginnt in der Kurpfalzstr. und führt zunächst über die Walldorfer Str Richtung Friedhof und von dort auf die Sinsheimer Str. bis zum Ortsausgang. Spätestens jetzt sollten die Muskeln warm sein ;-) Am Ortsausgang geht es auf dem Wanderparkplatz links hinein in den Wald mit erneuter Steigung. Bald darauf wird das Stück flacher und die Tour folgt dem Hauptweg, der Richtung Lingental geht. Kurz vor dem Ort im Wald rechts halten und einige Zeit später die Straße überqueren. Weiter geht es im Wald mit einem Steigungstück. Am Ende des Stücks führt der Weg dann nicht mehr so steil auf die Drei Eichen zu. Gegenüber dem Parkplatz nimmt der Track den Waldweg, um in den letzten Steigungsteil einzusteigen, der dann am Max-Planck-Institut endet. Von dort geht es Richung Bergbahnstation. Der Rückweg weicht nur leicht ab und enthält zwei kleinere Anstiege. An den Drei Eichen wird abgebogen, so dass man kurz hinter Lingental auf die Straße kommt. Dieser nur kurz folgen und gleich am nächsten Parkplatz wieder in den Wald. Kurz darauf befindet man sich wieder auf dem Weg der auf der Hinfahrt eingeschlagen wurde. Schließlich endet die Tour wieder in Nußloch am Ausgangspunkt.

The tour begins in the Kurpfalzstr. and first results on the Wall Str towards the cemetery and from there to the Sinsheimer Str. until the end. By now, the muscles should be warm;-) At the exit, continue along the trail parking lot on the left into the woods with renewed pitch. Soon after the piece is flat and the tour follows the main path, the direction Lingental goes. Hold just before the village in the forest on the right and cross the road some time later. Continue in the forest with a slope piece. At the end of the piece the route then not as steep at the Three Oaks. Opposite the car park take the track to the forest road to get on the last climb part, which then ends at the Max-Planck-Institute. From there Richung mountain railway station. The return deviates only slightly and contains two smaller climbs. At the Three Oaks is bent, so that you get to the road just behind Lingental. This short follow and the very next parking lot back into the forest. Shortly after, you will find yourself back on the road has been opened up on the way. Finally, the tour ends back at the starting point in Nussloch.
