Die Schlüsselblumen aus dem Titel der Tour sind natürlich nur im Frühling sichtbar, aber es sind schier unendliche Felder. Vom Parkplatz der Waldbergbahn beginnt das bequeme Warm-up bis Kreuth. Von hier geht es ins schöne Langenautal, früher ein Schmugglerweg, inzwischen aber fest in der Hand von Mountainbikern. Eine ganz sanfte Steigung führt zur Bayralm, von da eine wunderschöne Strecke abwärts an einem Wildbach entlang. Kurz vor der österreichischen Grenze kommt eine kurze steile Schiebestrecke, dann geht es sanft abfallend ins Kaisertal. Eine kräftige Brotzeit in der idylischen Erzherzog-Johann-Klause macht dann fit für den knackigen Aufstieg auf gut fahrbarem Untergrund bis der Höhenweg nach Valepp abzweigt. Dann geht es in toller Panoramafahrt hoch über der Grundachschlucht zum Forthaus Valepp und von hier aus auf Asphalt zurück nach Rottach-Egern, zum Parkplatz der Wallbergbahn. Die Tour ist landschaftlich sehr schön und - weil technisch unschwierig - auch für Anfänger geeignet, wenn sie sich Zeit nehmen und eine passable Kondition haben.

The cowslips from the title of the tour are of course only visible in the spring, but there are endless fields. From the car park of the forest mountain train the comfortable warm-up begins to Kreuth. From here it goes into the beautiful Langenautal, once a smuggler, but now firmly in the hands of mountain bikers. A very gentle slope leads to Bayralm, because of a beautiful route down to a stream along. Shortly before the Austrian border is a short steep sliding distance, then it is gently sloping into Kaisertal. A powerful snack in the idyllic Archduke Johann Klause makes then fit for the crisp rise on good mobile base to base of the mountain trail to Valepp branches. Then it goes in a great scenic ride high above the Grundachschlucht the Fort House Valepp and from here on asphalt back to Rottach-Egern, to the parking lot of Wallbergbahn. The tour is very scenic and - because technically not difficult - suitable for beginners, if you take your time and have a passable stamina.
