Dies ist eine kurze Tour von Bad Urach über die Höllenlöcher zum Rossfeld. Nach einer rasanten Abfahrt geht es über den Gelben Felsen, Rutschenfelsen, Uracher Wasserfall und den Hanner Felsen wieder zurück zum Ausgangspunkt. Wichtig!!! Bitte den Wegverlauf genau studieren und nach den Wegpunkten fahren, da es Überschneidungen gibt. Die Tour kann nicht entgegengesetzt gefahren werden - getragen aber schon ;-) Die Technikwertung 4 bezieht sich nur auf den Trail zum Wasserfall hinab. Der Rest der Tour ist dann zwischen 2 und 3. Bitte die DIMB Trailrules beachten. Insbesondere am Wochenende auf Wanderer achten. Startpunkt der Tour ist der Parkplatz am Endbahnhof der Eisenbahn in Bad Urach. Dort sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Nach kurzem Einrollen entlang der Straße geht es bei der Jugendherberge unter der Eisenbahn hindurch und auf einem geschottertem Waldweg oberhalb Bad Urachs zum Wanderparkplatz Meisental. Wir folgen dem Weg richtung Gütersteiner Wasserfälle, biegen dann aber vor dem Gestüt rechts ab und klettern auf halbe Höhe der Albkante und fahren dann vor bis zu den Höllenlöchern. Über das Rossfeld mit herrlicher Fernsicht bis nach Stuttgart gelangen wir zum dortigen Segelflugplatz. Dort geht es auf einem anfangs eher ruppigen Trail bergab richtung Metzingen Neuhausen und dann die Fahrstrasse wieder hinauf aus Rossfeld. !!! Vorsicht, der Trail kreuzt die Fahrstrasse mehrmals. Am Wochenende erhöhtes Verkehrsaufkommen zum Flugplatz !!! Über den Gelben Felsen mit schöner Aussicht ins Ermstal führt die Tour weiter zum Fohlenhof und Rutschenfelsen. Hier gibt es ebenfalls eine schöne Aussicht auf den Runden Berg und die Ruine Hohen Urach. Anschliessend führt ein Trail zum Uracher Wasserfall hinab. !!! Um diesen fahren zu können bedarf es an manchen Stellen Mut und Fahrkönnen. Notfalls also lieber tragen, wenn man alleine unterwegs ist !!! Am Wasserfall angekommen, kann man an der saisonal bewirtschafteten Hütte eine Pause einlegen, oder einfach nur dem Naturschauspiel Wasserfall zuschauen. Danach fahren wir über einen breiten Waldweg abwärts, um dann ein letztes Mal die Höhen zum Hannerfels zu erklimmen. Von dort hat man ebenfalls eine schöne Aussicht auf Bad Urach. Es folgt ein schöner Trail über das Bad Uracher Höhenfreibad hinab zum Ausgangspunkt der Tour. Treppenfahrfreaks kommen hier voll auf Ihre Kosten, die anderen fahren dran vorbei. Nach der Tour kann man in der malerischen Altstadt von Bad Urach in zahlreichen Cafes und Gaststätten den Tag ausklingen lassen.

This is a quick tour of Bad Urach about hell holes on Ross Field. After a fast descent it goes back to the starting point on the Yellow Rock, Sliding Rock, Urach waterfall and the rocks Hanner. Important! Please study the Itinerary exactly and go to the waypoints, as there is overlap. The tour can not be driven opposite - but already worn;-) The technology score 4 refers only to the trail down to the waterfall. The rest of the tour is then observe the DIMB Trail Rules 2 to 3 please. Pay particular attention to the weekend hiker. Starting point of the tour is the parking lot at the terminus of the railway in Bad Urach. Where parking is plentiful. After recently rolling along the road it goes in the hostel under the railway and onto a gravelled forest track above Bad Urach to the trail parking lot Meisental. We follow the path of the direction of goods Steiner waterfalls, then turn but before the stud right and climb halfway up the Albkante and then drive up to the hell holes. We go to the local airfield on the Ross field, with a superb view up to Stuttgart. You go up an initially rather rough trail downhill direction Metzingen Neuhausen and then take the road as back up from Ross Field. ! Caution, the trail crosses the paved road several times. On the weekend increased traffic to the airport !!! About the Yellow rock with beautiful views of the Ermstal the tour continues to the foal and sliding rocks. There is also a beautiful view of the Round Mountain and the ruins Hohenurach. Subsequently, a trail leads down to the Urach waterfall. ! To drive this is needed in some places courage and driving skills. Emergency so better wear when you are traveling alone !!! Arriving at the waterfall, you can insert in the seasonal cottage managed a break, or just watch the spectacle of nature waterfall. Then we drive over a wide forest track down, and then one last time to climb the heights to Hannerfels. From there one has also a beautiful view of Bad Urach. It follows a beautiful trail through the bathroom Uracher Höhenfreibad down to the starting point of the tour. Staircase driving enthusiasts will get their money, others go around it. After the tour, you can let in the picturesque town of Bad Urach end in numerous cafes and restaurants the day.
