Dies ist eine relativ einfache Tour mit 80% Schotterpisten, 10% Asphalt und 10% Single Trails. Die Tour starten in Kassel an der Dönche. Über den Bergpark mit der Löwenburg und dem Kaskadenrestaurant geht es zum Erlenloch. Von hier weiter bergab bis nach Ahnatal. Über Heckershausen am Stahlberg vorbei geht es zum Schloß Wilhelmsthal. Hier wird der schöne Schloßpark genossen, ehe es über die Lindenallee nach Fürstenwalde geht. Von hier geht es wieder bergauf am Hangarstein vorbei zum Helfenstein. Hier genießt man den Ausblick am Besten nach einer kleinen Klettertour. Dann geht es weiter um den Berg Dörnberg herum zum Dorf Dörnberg. Nach der Überquerung der B251 geht es stetig bergan an der Königseiche vorbei zum Essigberg. Am Essigberg folgt man der Ahne über die Kastanienalle bis zur Gaststätte am Silbersee. Weiter bis zur Kreuzung unterhalb des Waldhotels Elfbuchen und dann über einen flotten Downhill bis zur Rasenallee. Über diese hinweg bis zur Hessenschanze und dann weiter über die Wiesen Richtung Wilhemshöhe geht der Weg. Nun geht der Schlussspurt über die Baunsbergstraße und die Heinrich-Schütz-Allee an den Startpunkt.

Continue to the intersection below the forest Hotels Elfbuchen and then a brisk downhill to Rasenallee. About this away to Hesse hill and then across the meadows towards Wilhemshöhe goes the way. Now the final sprint over the Baunsbergstraße and the Heinrich-Schütz-Allee to the starting point is.
