Start in Sinzig-Löhndorf an der Kirche. Zunächst auf der Kreisstraße hinunter und durch Heimersheim. Am Ende von Heimersheim geht es zum Idienbachtal am Rand von Bad Neuenahr. Nun auf asphaltierem schönen Waldweg (teilweise Querrinnen) etwas anstrengend hinauf Richtung Königsfelder Landstraße und auf dieser hinab nach Königsfeld. Weiter auf der Landstraße Richtung Sinzig und unmittelbar vor der Autobahn nach links auf asphaltiertem Wirtschaftsweg vorbei am Löwe-See zurück nach Löhndorf. Die Landstraße ist im Allgemeinen nur mäßig befahren. Vor Löhndorf schöne Aussicht ins Rheintal. Die Tour kann auch bei feuchter Witterung gut gefahren werden, da alle Strecken asphaltiert sind.

Start Sinzig-Löhndorf at the church. First down on the county road and by Heimersheim. At the end of Heimersheim it comes to Idienbachtal on the outskirts of Bad Neuenahr. Now on asphaltierem lovely forest path (partially transverse grooves) a little tiring climb up to the royal road and fields on this down to King Field. Continue on the road towards Sinzig and just before the motorway turn left on a paved service road past the Lion Lake back to Löhndorf. The road is generally only moderately busy. Before Löhndorf beautiful view of the Rhine Valley. The tour can be done well even in humid weather, because all paths are paved.
