si parte dal casello autostradale di Sestri Levante, si sale lungo la SS1 Aurelia fino a poco dopo la frazione Bracco, dopo 500 m circa a quota 400 di imbocca la sterrata di Vasca sulla sinistra, dopo circa 6 km si imbocca il sentiero che arriva alla strada del passo della Mola, si attraversa la strada per imboccare il sentiero che porta al santuario di Velva, da cui inizia la sterrata panoramica per altri circa 3 km. Si scende poi su asfalto per soli 300 metri e si imbocca a destra il sentiero che scende fino a sopra Castiglione Chiavarese. Dopo altri 150 m su asfalto si spinge per 30 m circa sul sentiero a destra della strada, che conduce fino a S. Pietro in Frascati con bella discesona su scale finale. Infine , bella stradina panoramica in asfalto che scende al fondovalle di casarza ligure, da cui si torna direttamente al punto di partenza.
40 km cross country con ultima discesa all mountain, cira 900 m di dislivello, da fare però quando è bello asciutto (la sterrata di Vasca non asciuga mai!) e soprattutto quando erbacce e rovi non sono già troppo cresciuti... ovvero inverno anytime, fino a tutto maggio.

we start from the exit of Sestri Levante, up along the SS1 Aurelia until just after the village Bracco, after 500 m at an altitude of about 400 to take dirt road to Bath on the left after about 6 km you take the path that arrives at the pass road Mola, cross the road and take the path that leads to the shrine of Velva, where the dirt road begins panoramic other about 3 km. Then go down on asphalt for 300 meters and take the right path which leads down to Castiglione Chiavarese above. After another 150 m on asphalt goes for about 30 meters on the path to the right of the road, which leads to St. Peter's in Frascati with beautiful discesona final scales. Finally, beautiful panoramic road asphalt going down to the valley floor of the Ligurian casarza, to which they return directly to the starting point.
40 km cross country last fall with all mountain, cira 900 m in altitude, but when it's nice to do dry place (not the dirt tank never dries!) and especially when weeds and brambles are not already overgrown winter ... or anytime until the end of May.
