Bel giro alla scoperta della grande collina che divide il lago di Caldaro dalla val d'Adige ed è sormontata dal castello di castelchiaro. Dal biotopo a sud del lago di caldaro si segue il lago verso nord e poi si sale per la valle della primavera (attenzione qualche tratto è vietato alle bici, non circolare in alta stagione e la domenica). Presso Monticolo si gira a destra, si costeggia un laghetto e poi si scende verso Vadena lungo una mulattiera. A Vadena si gira a destra verso Laimburg e poi si sale verso la sella della collina (Kreither Sattel). Giunti in cima, si gira a destra verso le rovine di Castelchiaro con bella vista. facoltativamente si può scendere sull'impegnativo sentiero che torna verso la sella e poi risalire fino sotto le rovine. Si prosegue sul sentiero 13, molto bello e pedalabile, fino ai caratteristici "denti di cavallo", una grande formazione rocciosa. Si scende poi lungo la costa verso sud, e qui il sentiero si fa molto impegnativo e tecnico. Arrivati alla strada, si torna verso dx al punto di partenza

Nice ride to discover the big hill that divides the lake Caldaro from the Val d'Adige and is topped by the castle Leuchtenburg. Since habitat south of Lake caldaro follow the lake to the north and then climb to the valley of the spring (be careful some places it is forbidden to bikes, not circular in high season and Sunday). At Montiggl turn right, passing a pond and then you go down Pfatten along a trail. A Pfatten turn right towards Laimburg and then climb to the saddle of the hill (Kreither Sattel). At the top, turn right towards the ruins of Castle with beautiful views. Optionally, you can get off on the demanding path that returns to the saddle and then up under the ruins. Continue on the path 13, very nice and pedaled up the characteristic "horse teeth", a large rock formation. It then descends along the coast towards the south, and here the trail becomes very challenging and technical. Arriving at the road, it's back to the right at the starting point
