Da Merano si arriva a Lagundo. Qui comincia subito una dura salita su lastricato fino a Plars, poi si continua su asfalto alternato a duro sentiero fino a Velloi. Si sale su strada fino a Oberplatzer e poi si continua su forestale fino alla fine della strada. Dopo aver passato il rio e un piccolo tratto a spinta in salita, comincia un sentiero molto tecnico e ripido, che farà la gioia dei bikers esperti e costringerà chi non è abituato a sentieri difficili a camminare per lunghi tratti. Dopo aver passato il ponticello sul rio di Tel si continua verso Merano per alcuni più facili e divertenti sentieri

Since you get to Merano Lagundo. Here begins suffered a tough climb on paved until Plars, then continue on alternating hard asphalt footpath to Velloi. Go up the street to Oberplatzer and then continue on the forest until the end of the road. After crossing the river and a small stretch to push uphill trail begins a steep and very technical, that will delight expert bikers and force those who are not accustomed to difficult paths to walk for long stretches. After crossing the bridge over the Rio Tel continues to Merano for some more easy and fun trails
