Der Start is am Parplatz am Westfriedhof gegenüber der Schönen Aussicht in Kassel. Von hier geht es am Rande der Dönche entlang in den Habichtswald. Am Kuhberg vorbei geht es hinab ins Druseltal. Der Weg folgt der Strecke der alten Herkulesbahn hinauf zum Herkules. Vom Herkules geht es am Waldhotel Elfbuchen (www.waldhotel-elfbuchen.de) vorbei hinunter zum Gasthaus Erlenloch (www.gasthaus-erlenloch.de). Von hier folgt die Strecke Richtung Ahnetal am Gasthaus "ei ei ei" vorbei hinauf zum Parplatz Triffelsbühl. Jetzt folgt der Weg abwechslungsreich dem Waldrand am Hohlestein vorbei zum Berg Dörnberg. Der Aufstieg zum Dörnberg erfolgt an der Südflanke auf einem schmalen Singletrail. Hinab geht es Richtung Norden am Helfenstein (www.helfensteine.de) vorbei. Nun folgt die Tour einem Teil des Zierenberg Bike Marathon Richtung Fürstenwald. Am Posten Berg und Schieferstein vorbei ist nun das nächste Ziel das Dorf Dörnberg. Nachdem die Bundesstrasse gekreuzt worden ist geht es an der Kaiserbuche vorbei zum Essigberg. Der Rückweg der eisigen Tour ist nun schnell vollendet. Entlang der Druseltalstrasse (L3298) und der Heinrich-Schütz-Allee geht es direkt zurück nach Kassel und zum Ausgangsort.

The start is at the car park on the west cemetery opposite the beautiful views in Kassel. From here on the edge of Dönche along in the Goshawk forest. On Kuhberg we hike down into Druseltal. The trail follows the route of the old Hercules car up to Hercules. From Hercules it comes to the forest Elfbuchen (www.waldhotel-elfbuchen.de) passing down to the guest house conical hole (www.gasthaus-erlenloch.de). From here the route follows the direction Ahnetal at Gasthaus & quot; ei ei ei & quot; past up to the car park Triffelsbühl. Now the trail follows the edge of the forest varied on Hohlestein over the mountain Dörnberg. The ascent to Dörnberg takes place on the southern flank on a narrow single track. Down heads north past the Helfenstein (www.helfensteine.de). Now, the tour follows a part of the Grace Mountain Bike Marathon direction Fürstenwald. At sentry mountain and slate stone is over now the next target of the village Dörnberg. After the highway has been crossed it goes to the Kaiserbuche over to vinegar hill. The return of the icy tour is now completed quickly. Along the Druseltalstrasse (L3298) and the Heinrich-Schütz-Allee, it goes directly back to Kassel and to the starting point.
