MTB Tour in die östlichen Hassberge zum Rennweg. Am Ausgang von Zeil, Richtung Hohe Wann und Prappacher Höhe, rechts nach Altershausen, am See vorbei, hoch zum Rennweg. Dem ausgeschilderten Rennweg folgen durch Bühl und Köslau. Dann an Pettstadt und Kirchlauter vorbei bis auf die Höhe von Breitbrunn, Durch den Ort durchfahren bis ins Ebelsbachtal. Da Talaufwärts und links in den Wald durch das Längenbachtal nach Bischofofsheim. Am See vorbei zum Dreiländerstein, von da zum Roten Kreuz, links am Kapellenberg vorbei, die Schmachtenberger Steige abfahren nach Zeil. Vorwiegend geschotterte Waldwege, Flurbereinigungswege und wenig befahrene Landstraßen. Teilweise regionale und überregionale Radwege mit Beschilderung

MTB tour in the eastern Hassberge to Rennweg. At the output of Zeil, the Hohe When and Prappacher height, right after Altershausen, past the lake, up to the Rennweg. The signposted Rennweg followed by Buhl and Köslau. Then at Pettstadt and Kirchlauter past up to the level of broad-Brunn, through the town by driving down to the Ebelsbachtal. As up the valley and left the forest through the Längenbachtal after Bischofofsheim. Past the lake to the three countries Stein, from there to the Red Cross, on the left past Chapel Hill, the Schmachtenberger walks depart for Zeil.
