Start in Sinzig-Löhndorf an der Kirche. Über den Mühlenberg auf Waldwegen mit schöner Aussicht auf Löhndorf und Westum nach Sinzig. Ein Stück durch das Randgebiet der Stadt, an der Ahr entlang nach Bodendorf. In Bodendorf ein Stück durch das Dorf, dann über Waldwege zum Golfplatz Köhlerhof und weiter durch den Wald am Scheidskopf. Dem Zustand des Waldwegs entsprechend (siehe Foto) empfiehlt sich die Tour wirklich nur mit Mountainbike und nicht mit Tourenrad. Weiter auf Feldwegen zwischen Werthhoven und Birresdorf mit sehr schönem Ausblick auf das Siebengebirge. Nach Querung der K40 weiter auf Feldwegen vorbei an Obstplantagen. Im Bogen über Oeverich und die Feldwege hinter Leimersdorf und Nierendorf (schöne Sicht Richtung Ahrtal), um dann hinter Nierendorf auf die Landstraße zu gelangen. Weiter durch Gimmingen nach Heimersheim. In Heimersheim lädt der kleine Biergarten im Hof der Gaststätte "Hummels zum Stern" zu einer Pause ein. Von dort - zum Teil auf der Kreistraße bzw. parallel zu dieser - zurück nach Löhndorf. Hinweis: Bei Nässe ist die Strecke nicht so gut geeignet.

Start Sinzig-Löhndorf at the church. About the Muhlenberg on forest trails with beautiful views of Löhndorf and Westum to Sinzig. A slice through the outskirts of the city, in the Ahr River to bottom village. Surface village for a while through the village, then through forest trails to golf Köhlerhof and further through the forest on the cutting head. The condition of the forest road accordingly (see photo), the tour really only recommends a mountain bike and not touring. Continue on dirt roads between Werthhoven and Birresdorf with very good view of the Seven Mountains. After crossing the K40 more on field trails past orchards. In the arch over Oeverich and the dirt roads behind Leimer village and kidneys village (nice Ahr valley view direction), and then get behind kidney village on the road. Next by Gimmingen after Heimersheim. In Heimersheim the small beer garden in the courtyard of the restaurant "Hummels to star" to break one. From there - to the part on the Kreistraße or parallel to this - back to Löhndorf. Note: When wet, the track is not so good.
