Eine Tour nicht nur für Gläubige Von Doccione di sotto gehts mal wieder hoch über den Monte Calvano zum Kloster La Verna. Im Kloster geht rechts über eine Treppe Rundwanderweg 051. Wer es nicht mag sein Bike zu schultern sollte sich ein Fahrradschloss mitbringen und das Bike im Kloster nahe das Friedhofes abstellen, ansonsten rauf auf den Berg. Man wundert sich wei weit es dann noch nach oben geht. Immer wieder kommt man an kleinen Kapellen vorbei welche gut ausgeschildert die Geschichte des Berges erzählen. Und dann kommen an mehreren Stellen klippenartige Aussichtspunkt welche den Blick über das Corsalone und Valle Sante Tal freigeben. Eines dieser Punkte wird der Platz für eine ausgiebige Pause sein und ich empfehle euch den höchsten Felsen dafür zu suchen. Nach der Pause gehts wieder runter zum Kloster und da der Weg ein Runderwanderweg ist kommt man an der selben Stelle (am Friedhof) wieder raus wo man gestartet ist. Über den Mt. Calvano gehts auf direkten Weg wieder zurück zum Doccione di Sotto.
