Da Siusi si sale a Compatsch con la cabinovia e ci si dirige, per i saliscendi dell’Alpe di Siusi, al Passo Duron da dove inizia la salita per l’Alpe di Tires. Costeggiando le Laste di Terrarossa, con un ardito single track, si arriva al Rifugio Bolzano sull’Altopiano dello Sciliar (2450 m.). Da lì inizia (sentiero n° 1) una fantastica discesa, molto impegnativa per alti gradoni di pietra e stretti tornanti, fino al Rifugio Alpe di Seggiola. Non c’è tempo per rilassarsi perché poco dopo il rifugio inizia il famoso sentiero dei tronchi (Prügelweg), costruito nella stretta gola del Rio Sciliar, per portare più agevolmente le vacche sugli alpeggi. Un’ultimo impegnativo tratto a gradoni precede il tratto più facile della lunga discesa che termina sul Laghetto di Fiè. Poco più di 4 chilometri di tortuoso single track nel bosco (sentiero n° 2) ci separono da Siusi dove termina questo impegnativo percorso.

& Nbsp; From Siusi climb to Compatsch by cable car and head for the ups and downs of & rsquo; Alpe di Siusi, the Passo Duron from where the climb begins for & rsquo; Alpe di Tires. Skirting the Laste Roterd, with a bold single track, we arrive at Rifugio Bolzano on & rsquo; Schlern (2,450 m.). From there starts (route & deg; 1) a fantastic descent, very challenging for the high stone steps and narrow bends up to Alpe di Seggiola. There & rsquo, it is time to relax because shortly after the retreat begins the famous trail of the trunks (Prügelweg), built in the narrow gorge of the Schlernbach, to bring more smoothly cows on the pastures. A & rsquo; challenging stretch last steps before the stroke easier than the long descent that ends at the Lake of Fie. Just over 4 miles of winding single track in the woods (route & deg; 2) there separono from Siusi where it ends this challenging path.
