Sentiero tranquillo che porta dalla località turistica di Sellia Marina allo splendido canyon delle Valli Cupe con pareti tagliate verticalmente, inaccessibili e aspre, con profilo spesso ricco di una miriade di piccoli anfratti scavati dagli agenti atmosferici, regno esclusivo degli uccelli.
Il sentiero è in parte asfaltato (malamente), per poi proseguire lungo il letto del fiume che ha dato origine alle valle stesse. Unica nota negativa, la percorrenza per un chilometro della famigerata SS106

Quiet path leading from the tourist resort of Marina Sellia the beautiful canyon with walls of Valli Cupe cut vertically, inaccessible and rugged, with profile often full of a myriad of small gorges carved by the elements, exclusive realm of the birds.
The path is partly paved (badly), and then continue along the bed of the river that gave rise to the same valley. The only negative note, the distance to a mile of the infamous SS106
