Partenza su asfalto fino a Paladini, si gira a destra direzione Tottea ( vecchia strada ).
Superato il paese
si sale e si entra nel bosco. Sali-scendi fino a scorgere la diga di Campotosto
poi si sale direzione Cesacastina. Il percorso è selvaggio e privo di fontane, se necessario riempire le borracce dai torrenti.
Gli strappi in salita sono frequenti.Si arriva ad una carrareccia,
la si percorre in salita per 200 mt. circa e si imbocca il sentiero ben visibile sulla destra che vi porterà ad una presa dell'ENEL. Ripresa la carrabile si scende fino a Cesacastina poi su asfalto fino alla macchina.

Out of asphalt to Paladini, turn right direction Tottea (old road).
Passing the town
you go up and enter the forest. Up and down until you see the dam Campotosto
then climb Cesacastina direction. The path is wild and free fountains, if necessary to fill the water bottles from streams.
Snags uphill frequenti.Si have come to a dirt track, Buy, follow it uphill for 200 meters. around and take the path clearly visible on the right that will take you to a power ENEL. Shooting the driveway is down to Cesacastina then on tarmac to the car.
